Registrations are non-transferable. See below for cancellation policies.
Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up onsite in the registration area. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.
After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, remember to:
- Complete the student housing form or the attendee housing form.
- Complete your abstract submission.
- Make your transportation arrangements to Tahoe. Apply for a visa, if necessary.
An online program will be available one month prior to the meeting for registered attendees to upload or print.

All badges are available on site for pick up. Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.
Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the BPS Office and postmarked by May 31,2023. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $50 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Registrations are not transferable
