Registration rates are inclusive of admittance to scientific sessions, a shared sleeping room, and daily meals. Due to the size of the meeting space, attendance is limited to the first 134 paid registrants.


*You must be a 2018 Biophysical Society member to receive discounted rates.

A Housing Form must be completed and sent to the Society Office at the time of registration in order for your registration for the meeting to be finalized. Due to the size of the meeting space, attendance is limited to the first 134 paid registrants. Your registration must be complete and paid-in-full in order for your abstract submission to be considered.

 

Badges

Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up onsite in the registration area. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.

What Does Registration Include?

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, don’t forget to:

  • admission to scientific session
  • admission to poster area
  • shared sleeping room
  • online E-book
  • meeting badge
  • opening reception
  • daily coffee breaks
  • daily breakfast, lunch, dinner*

* meals begin with dinner on the night of arrival & end with lunch on the day of departure

Registration Reminders

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, don’t forget to:

  1. Complete your housing form.
  2. Complete your abstract submission.
  3. Make your transportation arrangements to Chaminade Resort & Spa.
  4. Apply for a visa, if necessary.

Badge Replacement Policy

All badges are available on site for pick up. Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If your abstract is not approved for short talk or poster programming, your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $30 processing fee.
