Join the Society or renew your membership for 2018 and register by the registration deadline to save up to 18%.

Registration rates for the meeting include registration, shared sleeping room, and meals.

NOTE: Housing form must be completed and sent to the Society Office at the time of registration in order for registration to be finalized.

Please note that space is limited and guests cannot be accommodated.

Badges

Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up onsite in the registration area. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.

Registration Reminders

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, don’t forget to:

Complete the housing form.
Complete your abstract submission.
Make your transportation arrangements to Les Houches.
Apply for a visa, if necessary.

Online E-book

An online program will be available one month prior to the meeting for registered attendees to upload or print.

What Does Registration Include?

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, don’t forget to:

admission to scientific session
admission to poster area
online E-book
meeting badge
breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks
shared sleeping accommodations

All badges are available on site for pick up. Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the BPS Office and postmarked by December 1, 2018. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $30 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Registrations are not transferable.
