This is the fourth regional BPS meeting in Pennsylvania. The purpose of this networking event is to promote interactions between participants to learn about different facilities and expertise from people who work in biophysical, biochemical, cell and molecular biology labs in Pennsylvania and nearby states.
This meeting is a great opportunity to establish new contacts and let others know about your work. It is also a great opportunity for undergraduate, graduate students and postdocs to practice their poster presentation skills and compete for a chance to give a talk at the local meeting. Two speakers will be selected from submitted abstracts.
Lehigh University is about a 1:20 hrs drive from Philadelphia, 1:45 hrs from NYC and 3:30-4 hrs from University Park and Washington DC. Buses are also available from New York and Philadelphia. more info
Local accommodation is available at a reasonable price in nearby hotels for those who plan to stay overnight.
