If submitting an abstract: Students BPS members, with 2025 dues paid, may ONLY sponsor their own abstract.
Registration is required for scientific sessions Saturday, February 15 - Wednesday, February 19.
Registrations are non-transferable.
Registration badges will be available for pick up in the registration area of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, exhibits, and Society social functions require a badge.
Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, subgroups, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times. Attendees will be charged a $30 processing fee to replace one badge on-site. All subsequent requests for badge replacements will require the attendee to re-register for the meeting at the full on-site registration rate in the attendee's member category.
Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the Society Office and postmarked by January 7, 2025. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $50 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Combo rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In cases of cancellations due to denied Visa applications, the full registration fee minus the processing fee of $50 will be refunded after having received a proof of the rejection from the corresponding embassy via email, mail, or fax and the rejection was not due to late application.
Visa applications submitted after November 30 that are denied will not receive a refund.
